The Back To The Future Delorean has its radio mounted on top of the TCD (Time Circuit Display). It was made by Coustic and is virtually impossible to find in the wild.

This allowed us to make some 4K screenshots to reproduce the artwork for the donor radio

Pretty specific to the Coustic are the the single red ‘st(ereo)’ led (yellow), the Fast Forward arrow (geen), ‘ff” letters (red) and ‘FM/AM-FM/ST switch (blue), the faceplate saying ‘tone – volume/off‘ and ‘tuning – balance‘ and the cassete lid saying ‘auto-stop‘ and ‘stereo casette receiver‘ :

We did our best to bundle all usable occurances of the radio in the 3 movies here

For the A-car restauration (on display in the Petersen museum) the team used a Kraco KID 581 which is pretty similar but that has a a couple of differences (like the silver trim). You can compare both here

On top of the car radio you can see a radio heatsink and PCB as we explain here.
